Who Can Apply for Antyodaya Gruha Yojana? (Eligibility)
The scheme is open to:
- Families covered under the Forest Rights Act, 2006 (FRA)
 - Households where the main earner has a disability (40% or more)
 - Families not included in other rural housing schemes
 - Those whose homes were damaged by disasters like fire, flood, cyclone, or earthquake
 - Households needing to move due to river or sea erosion
 - Families displaced by government projects (such as roads or irrigation works)
 - People living in reserve forests or sanctuaries who need to relocate

Who Cannot Apply for Antyodaya Gruha Yojana?
The following are not eligible:
- Families already owning a pucca house
 - Government employees, PSU workers, or pensioners
 - Households with four-wheelers or mechanized farm equipment
 - Families running registered businesses
 - Those earning more than Rs. 15,000 per month
 - Families with 2.5+ acres of irrigated land or 5+ acres of unirrigated land
 - People who have already received housing benefits from other government schemes

How to Apply Online for Antyodaya Gruha Yojana
- Download the Form: Get the application form from rhodisha.gov.in.

Phases of Fund Allocation Under This Scheme
The Rs. 1.20 lakh assistance is given in three parts:
- First Installment: Rs. 40,000 (after the work order is issued)
 - Second Installment: Rs. 65,000 (after the house reaches roof level)
 - Third Installment: Rs. 15,000 (after the house is fully built)
 
Bonus for Early Completion
- Rs. 20,000 if the house is completed in 4 months
