How to Fill in Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana Application Form

Here is the step-by-step process on how to fill in the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana application form:

On the first page, enter your name, your father’s or husband’s name, district, block, gram panchayat, ward number, and the number of family members in the designated places. Put your signature with date and mention your mobile number at the end.

On the second page, you will get the following options. Tick (✓)the options that are applicable to you.

On the third page, fill out the name of the applicant, Father’s/Husband’s name, Head of the family, village name, Ward number, Gram Panchayat, Block, and District. After filling in the information, select your caste, and answer yes or no whether you are a member of the SHG group.

The fourth page is applicable if you want to join the SHG (Self-Help Group) in your region. Enter the asked details (name, father’s/husband’s name, gram panchayat, village, ward, block, and district).
In the following table, tick or write “yes” in all the options (if applicable). Put your signature at the end with the date.

Benefits of Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana 2025

The following are the benefits of the Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana:

• Each eligible woman in the state will receive an initial assistance of ₹10,000.
• After starting their own business, women can receive additional financial support of up to ₹2 lakh if needed.
• Women can choose from any of 18 different types of employment to start their own business.
• The benefits of the scheme will be directly transferred to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Eligibility for Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana

Here are the eligibility criteria for Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana:

• The applicant’s age should be between 18 and 60 years.
• Neither the applicant nor her husband should be a taxpayer (income taxpayer).
• Neither the applicant nor her husband should be employed in government jobs (permanent or contractual).
• Only one woman per family can apply for the scheme.

Application Process

To avail the benefits of the Chief Minister Mahila Rojgar Yojana 2025, interested women must complete the prescribed application process.

For Rural Area:

• The interested woman must apply using the prescribed form (Annexure-1) through the Gram Organisation.
• If she is not a member of the Self-Help Group (SHG), she must fill out a self-declaration form (Annexure-2) and become a member of the SHG.
• The Gram Organisation will review and approve the applications in a special meeting, then forward them to the Block-level unit.
• The funds will be transferred directly to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts via DBT.

Application Process for Urban Area:

• Applications will be received through an online portal.
• The process will be carried out in collaboration with the Urban Development and Housing Department.
